Who provides this service
Cosmic Wisdom Horoscope is operated by Monarch AI Labs Ltd (company number 17207650), registered in England & Wales. By using the site or buying a reading you agree to these terms.
What we provide
We draw astrological charts from the birth details you give us and provide written readings, compatibility readings and personal consultations. Everything we offer is for guidance, reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is reflective, never a prediction presented as fact. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the site and confirmed at checkout. Everything is prepaid. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions and no hidden charges — you are only ever charged for what you choose to buy, when you buy it. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Prices may be indicative until confirmed at checkout.
Consultations, rescheduling and cancellation
A consultation is booked for a specific time and paid in advance. You, or the astrologer, may reschedule up to one full day before the appointment; changes cannot be made on the day itself. If we are ever unable to deliver a booked consultation, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Refunds
Because readings are prepared individually for you, once a reading has been delivered it is generally non-refundable. Where a consultation has not yet taken place, or where we have not delivered what you paid for, contact us and we will put it right. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is by a one-tap link to it. Please give accurate birth details — the quality of a reading depends on them. Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
Intellectual property
The site, the chart engine, the readings and all related software and content are the property of Monarch AI Labs Ltd and are protected by law. Your reading is for your own personal use.
Liability and governing law
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
