Who we are

Cosmic Wisdom Horoscope is a trading division of Monarch. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, and are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need to provide the service you ask for:

• Your email address — to sign you in (we use a passwordless one-tap link; we do not store passwords), to deliver what you buy, and, only if you have asked us to, to send you updates.
• Birth details (date, time and place of birth) — used solely to calculate your chart and prepare your reading. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Your question and the notes you give us for a consultation — used only to prepare that consultation.
• Purchase records — what you bought and when, so we can provide the service, meet our legal and accounting duties, and handle refunds.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a regulated payment provider. Your full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our systems. Stripe processes that data as described in its own privacy policy.

Lawful bases

We rely on performance of a contract (to provide the chart, reading or consultation you buy), consent (for any marketing email — which you can withdraw at any time), and our legitimate interests and legal obligations (to keep proper records and secure our service).

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage only for things that make the site work — keeping you signed in, remembering a preference such as the ambient sound toggle, and holding a chart you have drawn so you do not have to re-enter it. These are functional only; we do not use them for advertising.

How long we keep it, and your rights

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet our legal duties, and we delete birth details on request. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to data portability.
